Return Policy

Our goal is to make you smile, even if something didn’t go as planned. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis because every situation is unique – just like you! Here’s how it works:

If there’s a Problem: Whether your wrapping paper showed up a little crumpled (oh no!) or the colors didn’t turn out as vibrant as you expected, we’ll make it right. Simply shoot us a message, and we’ll work together to find a solution that leaves you feeling happy.

Remember, we’re not just a brand – we’re people who care about making your experience delightful! So don’t hesitate to let us know how we can help.

Non-returnable items
Some items are a little more tricky when it comes to returns. We can’t accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (those made especially for you!)
  • Personal care items (like beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Digital items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out and we’ll help you figure it out.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable, unfortunately.

Exchanges


Need a different item? The quickest way to make that happen is to return your current item, and once we’ve accepted the return, you can place a new order for the one you want. Easy peasy!


European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
While we aren't currently shipping to the EU, we will one day! If you’re in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no questions asked! Just make sure the item is in the same condition you received it (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it was approved. If everything checks out, we’ll issue your refund via the original payment method or a store credit, within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it may take a bit of time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, but if it’s been over 15 business days and you haven’t seen the refund yet, just give us a shout at help@beaconprints.com!
